All video clips in the em members area are mpeg format only. The additional extra content within the site range from quick time, real player, windows media format.

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE VIDEOS TO MY HARD DRIVE?

On each models pic there is a video button click it and it will take you to her video page with video screen grab thumbnails. Right click on the thumbnail and select save target as. then specify where you would like to save it on your hard drive.

HOW COME SOMETIMES WHEN I DOWNLOAD A CLIP OR TRY TO PLAY THE CLIP STRAIGHT TO MY VIDEO PLAYER IT STOPS IN THE MIDDLE OF A DOWNLOAD OR I CANT EVEN DOWNLOAD THE CLIP?

Depending on your connection speed or the time of the day there may be heavy usage on your ISP and or the EM server and many users may be accessing the same clip at the same time. Try downloading the clip at a different time of the day.

* If the problem still persists please perform the following test as this will help me to trouble shoot to see and see if the problem can be located.

On your tollbar in the bottom left hand corner click the start button and goto run then type cmd
then type: tracert exploitedmoms.com
copy that info and email it back to me. (sometimes internet service provides restrict massive internet file downloading).

I am also going to need for you to email me the name of the video model which video clip is giving you the problem, describe exactly what happens in detail and include your user name, password, and IP address (To find out computer's IP address goto http://www.whatismyip.com or on your computer got start run and type winipcfg) and email all that information to Email Customer Service

HOW COME MY DOWNLOAD TIME IS SO SLOW?

Exploitedmoms.com is optimized for all types of connections. It would be a good idea to know where you qualify in terms of streaming speeds. Broadband is qualified for any speeds over 127k. 56k/ISDN is anything between and 126k-41k . 28k/56k is anything below 40k .

WHY CANT I PLAY THE VIDEOS ON MY COMPUTER?

Verify if your computer can play videos at all, go download some movie clip off another site & see if something might be wrong with your computer or my site. If your test is sucessfull then try going through some of these suggestions below

When I watch a video I only hear the sound.

This could be caused by you not having the latest version of the media player codecs. We strongly suggest you download the latest version of the media player to ensure you receive the relevant material. Another common reason for people only being able to hear audio only is a slow internet connection. If you are using a dial up modem (28.8k, 33.6k, or sometimes even 56k) then you may encounter this problem with some of our normal speed windows media feeds. If you encounter this problem, try downloading the clip to your hard drive for better results.

Windows Media player buffers in the middle of a video and/or the video seems really choppy.

Change the Windows Media Player 'Buffer' for better performance. The 'Buffer' is related to the amount of video you download before the video actually begins to play. If you increase the Buffer you may notice better performance - especially if you have a modem connection. In the Windows Media Player right click on the video. Select PROPERTIES. Click the ADVANCED TAB, highlight WINDOWS MEDIA SOURCE FILTER. Click the PROPERTIES button. Try 30 seconds for the BUFFER. Select the correct bandwidth option for your connection: To ensure that the video streams without any stopping, be sure that you select the correct bandwidth option for your connection.

I receive an error message telling me that I have a failed network connection when the stream is suppose to start. Or when I try to open a video, it says that the file path is incorrect.

This can be caused by a number of problems. If every video you try to watch on our site returns this error, it is a temporary problem caused by our streaming server which may be having a temporary malfunction. On the other hand, if you only receive this error for one particular video, then it is possible that the video file has been corrupted and we would appreciate your feedback so we can fix it.

I received a "connection to the server failed", "could not connect to the server", or something similar.

Chances are there is heavy web traffic which is tying up the connection to the streaming server. Try to watch the video again later and it should be fine.

Whenever I try to view a video, it tries to connect to the server...then it says "closed".

To find out more information on what the error is, right click in the viewing window of your Windows Media player after it says "closed" and select "Error Details" from the menu. This should give you more information on what the problem is so you can find the correct help topic here.

I HAVE SEEN SOME MODELS THAT WERE ADVERTISED ON YOUR SITE BUT THEY ARE NOT IN THE MEMBERS AREA WHERE DO I FIND THEM?

We update once a week at the present time. A model you may have seen in advertisements are in fact allready shot and will be added to the members area as we do our updates.

WHY ARE ALL THE VIDEOS BROKEN INTO 3 MIN CLIPS?

The site is made to universally cater to all kinds of internet users. You may have a fast connection but there are alot of members who are also 56K dialup users as well. For the time being you can use a mpeg join program. I can suggest for you just to look on the net and find one that way you can put the whole video together after you download it. Some time in the near future we will expand our services to providing longer downloadable clips.
